Organizational Update
We are officially incorporated in the state of South Carolina (USA) as a nonprofit and have already received our EIN. Currently we're working on the corporate structure and by-laws which is a requirement to apply for IRS 501c3 tax exempt status. We have lots of partnerships in the works and are working hard every day to make this a reality.
Kickstarter Update
We are beyond 1% funding for our Kickstarter campaign already! We have a total of 60 days (52 remaining) to raise 100% of our goal, or we walk away with nothing. You're not charged for your pledge unless we reach that 100% mark so there is little to no risk to you. Click on the link below to check it out.
